In this role you will drive partner performance by delivering strategic guidance and business development support to a portfolio of partners. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with Sage’s strategy, aiming to expand partner-driven revenue and customer acquisition. The position is hybrid, with in-office days in Barcelona or Madrid. You will execute tailored plans for partners, identify new opportunities, and support growth initiatives that advance the company’s market impact.

Responsabilidades
• Experience in xghoner partner management or business development with channel partners
• Strong negotiation and advisory skills to influence partner strategy
• Ability to manage projects and optimize commercial processes
• Knowledge of Sage solutions and ability to translate into partner value
• Capacity to work in a cross-functional team and align with company strategy
