In this Senior Project Manager role, you lead high-impact initiatives, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction. You’ll drive project estimation, planning, execution, and closure, while strengthening client relationships and supporting sales growth. You work at the forefront of project delivery, balancing scope, schedule, and quality, with a strategic mindset to enable transformation for clients. This role offers the opportunity to shape delivery governance and mentor project teams within a general technology consulting environment.

• Manage and mitigate risks and issues across the project lifecycle using formal change control




• Develop and maintain comprehensive project work plans and governance structures to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
• Ensure requirements are well developed and traceable, fostering continuous improvement
• Nurture client relationships, communicate updates, secure buy-in, and represent Avanade in governance meetings
• Oversee Avanade and subcontractor staff, guide xghoner performance and growth
• Define project approach, staffing, responsibilities, schedules, and ensure effective training and resource utilization
• Support sales efforts by providing work effort and expense estimates with Avanade’s standard tools
