In this role you lead pharma construction projects in Madrid as the on-site MEP Project Manager, shaping project strategy, cost and schedule controls, and risk management. You act as the main client interface, coordinating consultants and contractors to ensure quality and compliance. You deliver transparent, concise reporting and proactive planning to minimize delays and cost overruns. This position offers surface-level leadership opportunities and direct impact on project execution within a global, safety‑minded environment.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Define project development strategy and Project Execution Plan
• Monitor cost plan, master programme and risk register for accurate forecasting
• Serve as primary client interface and coordinate multidisciplinary teams
• Oversee Quality Management System adherence, inspections and project workflows




• Produce monthly client reports with clear performance visibility
• Proactively manage risks to reduce delays and rework
• Align site activities with project standards for real-time progress tracking
• Provide transparent, timely reporting to stakeholders throughout the project life cycle

Responsabilidades
• Minimum 3 years in industrial, pharmaceutical or logistics projects
• Engineering degree background (Industrial, Electrical or equivalent)
• Proficient in Office 365 and Microsoft Project xghoner
• Fluent English and Spanish for client interaction and technical meetings
• Strong knowledge of site operations, health u0026 safety, and sustainability standards
• Excellent planning, coordination and communication skills with stakeholder influence
