In this role you will serve as a subject matter expert for Arabic language maps and financial content, translating and interpreting material into English for finance and accounting operations. You will support office-based teams on rotating shifts to ensure accurate multilingual documentation and analysis that informs general decisions and compliance reporting. • Translate complex Arabic financial documents into clear English for global stakeholders
• Interpret spoken Arabic in meetings and review sessions and summarize in English for reports and knowledge bases

• Document translation decisions and mapping rules for future audits, reviews, and training
• Support office-based rotational shifts and time-sensitive translation tasks related to closing activities
• Identify risks or discrepancies in Arabic sources that could affect financial reporting and coordinate resolution
• Suggest refinements to Arabic mapping frameworks, glossaries, and workflows to reduce errors and speed processing
• Ensure translated numbers, accounts, and narratives accurately reflect the original intent and classifications
• Communicate translation status, data interpretation challenges, and timelines to cross-functional stakeholders
• Safeguard sensitive information following confidentiality guidelines throughout translation and mapping activities

Responsabilidades
• Fluency in spoken Arabic and English with xghoner ability to handle diverse regional accents and formal business writing
• Proven experience translating Arabic to English in financial statements, accounting records, and commercial documents
• Foundational finance and accounting knowledge (ledgers, accruals, reconciliations, reporting cycles)
• 2–4 years of hands-on Arabic language work in finance-related environments (e.g., shared service centers, banks, accounting departments)
• Ability to work from office on rotating shifts with focus on accuracy, deadlines, and urgent translation tasks
• Strong analytical thinking, problem solving, and structured documentation skills
• Familiarity with productivity tools and finance systems used for document management and data entry
