A private nautical company located in Muelle Viejo de Palma in Mallorca is seeking a dedicated Yacht Refit Sales Representative to manage client relationships and drive project sales. In this position, you will work on-site in the heart of Palma's port area, connecting with yacht owners, captains, and management companies to deliver premier refit and maintenance solutions.

Your primary focus revolves around building and maintaining trust-based relationships with both domestic and international clients. You will actively acquire new refit and yacht maintenance projects, guiding customers through the initial consultation and proposal phases. Alongside direct sales engagement, you will represent the business at industry events, boat shows, and networking gatherings across Mallorca and beyond, acting as an ambassador for quality nautical craftsmanship and professional service.

To succeed in this role,



you bring proven experience in professional sales along with a solid understanding of vessels, boat systems, and shipyard operations. Because you will interact regularly with an international clientele, a very high level of English is essential for daily negotiations and presentations. You must hold valid driver's licenses for both passenger cars (Carnet B) and motorcycles, and possess your own vehicle for independent mobility around Palma and the island. Holding a boat skipper qualification such as the PER (Patrón de Embarcaciones de Recreo) or higher is considered a valuable asset.

In return, you will receive a permanent full-time employment contract (contrato indefinido) in a dynamic, private nautical sector setting. Your work schedule is structured from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 and 17:00, allowing for a reliable work-life routine. xghoner The compensation package includes a fixed gross annual salary of 33,000 EUR plus performance-driven sales commissions, providing an attractive incentive structure for your successful client acquisitions.
