As Product Manager for GE Vernova’s Engineering Tools, you own the vision and delivery for SDM and Configurator platforms, guiding cross-functional teams to translate stakeholder needs into a prioritized roadmap. You partner with engineering, cybersecurity, and leadership to improve the development lifecycle, delivering faster, more reliable software. You’ll balance feature work, defects, and technical debt while communicating impact and progress to a broad audience. This is a high-impact role that shapes how engineering tools enable growth and risk-managed delivery.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Own roadmap for Aurora, SDM, Configurator and related tools across System Simulation and business priorities
• Define and prioritize product backlog, balancing features, defects, and technical debt for each sprint
• Collaborate with GE Vernova engineers and contractors to shape user stories and acceptance criteria
• Quantify business impact by tracking cycle time reductions, on-time delivery,



and optimization gains
• Set sprint cadence and milestones, including training and communication plans
• Align diverse stakeholders (engineering, cybersecurity, CTO AWS support, contractors) through a regular communication rhythm

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience in Engineering, Technology, or Program Management
• Ability to lead product or tool development efforts
• Strong written and verbal communication across contributors and leadership
• Experience with problem xghoner analysis, solution design, and driving execution
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and sprint-based delivery frameworks
• Experience with software programming that informs engagement with development teams
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree is nice to have (not required)
