In this role you will shape Uber’s public policy and government affairs in Spain, Portugal, and neighboring regions from Madrid. You’ll build relationships with policymakers, regulators, and academics to advance Uber’s platform and sustainability goals. You’ll work cross-functionally to develop campaigns that enhance Uber’s reputation and influence policy in a complex political environment. This is a mission-driven, action-oriented position that combines policy insight with practical advocacy to move markets.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience with institutions, government officials, and parliament
• Excellent written and oral communication in English and Spanish; understanding of Spanish policy contexts; Portuguese language skills and policy context knowledge are plus
• Self-starter with ability xghoner to solve problems, adapt quickly, and stay calm under pressure
• Strong advocacy, ability to distill complex ideas for senior stakeholders
• Proven negotiator and campaigner with cross-functional collaboration experience
• Team-player capable of coordinating with multiple teams and managing ambiguity
