You will help clients transform their businesses by building and coaching cutting-edge software and AI solutions. In a general, multidisciplinary team, you’ll deliver hands-on engineering work while mentoring client teams and shaping engineering culture. Responsabilidades
• 2+ years of experience developing full-stack applications with readable, testable, maintainable, scalable code
• Demonstrated collaboration with developers and non-technical stakeholders within software teams
• Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next. xghoner js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) plus databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector, ETL)
• Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD
• Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
• Experience in Agile teams, active sprint participation, and pair programming
• Excellent time management in autonomous work environments
• Business-level fluency in English and local office language
