In this role you will define and govern the IAM strategy to align IT and business, enabling secure access across complex environments. You will collaborate with business units to design processes and oversee JML workflows, access reviews, and recertifications. You will lead authorization concepts, PAM, and integration of new applications into IGu0026amp;A solutions, including Workday, to support role governance. You will deliver audit-ready reporting and ensure adherence to IAM policies in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

• Collaborate with business units to design IAM processes and oversee execution (JML workflows and access reviews)




• Develop and approve authorization concepts; manage recertifications and PAM in complex environments
• Coordinate application integration into IGu0026A solutions; support role governance and job profile alignment (e.g., Workday)
• Ensure adherence to IAM policies, provide audit support, and deliver regular stakeholder reports

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 3+ years xghoner of professional IAM or IT security experience
• Experience defining IAM frameworks, SOPs, and policies
• Strong knowledge of authorization concepts, access management, and PAM; experience with OT environments and recertification scope
