- Lead Group-wide sustainability, climate and ESG initiatives.

- Drive decarbonisation and sustainability transformation projects.

- Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and monitor regulatory developments.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Senior Sustainability Manager should have:

- A university degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, engineering or a comparable field.

- Ideally 5+ years of experience within insurance, reinsurance, or financial services.

- In-depth knowledge of relevant ESG and reporting standards.

- Experience in sustainability reporting and working with regulatory requirements such as CSRD or TCFD.

- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools and complex data sets.

- A structured, precise and solution-oriented approach to work. Experience in the insurance,



financial services or consulting sector is an advantage, but not essential.

- Excellent written and spoken English.

- Strategic thinking and a strong commercial mindset.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of seniority.

- A strong affinity for data and numbers.

- An independent and structured approach to work.

- A collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for cross-functional teamwork.

- A solution-oriented mindset and a high degree of initiative.

- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple topics in parallel.
