In this role you lead end-to-end recruitment for specialist to director roles across EMEA, partnering with regional and functional leaders to align hiring with Sonova's strategic priorities. You will identify and assess top talent, drive external scouting across multiple channels, and provide market intelligence to inform hiring decisions. Your work supports Ru0026amp;D, Digital, and AI capabilities, delivering high-impact hires that shape the company's growth. You will operate as a trusted advisor and work closely with cross-functional teams to meet talent needs and timelines.

• Lead end-to-end hiring for specialist, manager and director roles across EMEA from briefing to offer extension
• Drive external scouting management across channels (social networks, candidate databases, professional associations, industry conferences)




• Partner with regional and functional leaders to identify business needs and propose hiring solutions aligned with goals
• Provide market intelligence and act as SME on external talent trends and search strategies for senior stakeholders and HRBPs

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruiting across various markets in the EMEA region
• Executive search experience is a plus
• Proven track record in advising senior stakeholders on talent insights and market trends
• Comfortable managing high-impact hiring with focus on sourcing, pipelining, and candidate xghoner assessment (Ru0026D, Digital and AI)
• Data-driven mindset with affinity for applying AI in daily work
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German or French a plus
• Experience with ATS and CRM tools (explicit tools listed in description)
