As a Staff Software Engineer at Factorial, you will lead technical initiatives that bring AI-native features to production-grade HR software. You’ll build with Rails and React, shape system design, and ship product in close collaboration with Product and Design. The role centers on integrating LLM APIs to deliver real customer value, not on model training. You’ll influence architecture, create reusable components, and mentor the team, all while upholding reliability and compliance in AI features. This is a high-impact opportunity to steer AI product engineering at scale in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment.

• Clear English communication; Spanish is a plus
