- Manage ESG reporting and sustainability data management, incl. and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions measurement

- Ensure compliance with sustainability regulations and monitor trends & developments.

- Drive sustainability transformation projects.

- Collaborate with international teams and key business stakeholders.

- Bring strong analytical skills, a data-driven mindset, and strategic vision.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

A successful Junior Sustainability Manager should have:

- A university degree in sustainability, environmental sciences, business administration, engineering or a comparable field.

- Ideally less than 5 years of experience, with prior exposure to ESG reporting and carbon accounting.

- Experience in sustainability reporting and working with regulatory requirements such as CSRD or TCFD.

- Excellent analytical and conceptual skills.

- Experience with data analysis, reporting tools and complex data sets.

- A structured, precise and solution-oriented approach to work. Experience in the insurance,



financial services or consulting sector is an advantage, but not essential.

- Excellent written and spoken English. Professional Skills.

- Strategic thinking and a strong commercial mindset.

- Strong stakeholder management skills across different levels of seniority.

- A strong affinity for data and numbers.

- An independent and structured approach to work.
