Medtronic is seeking a full-time remote Technical Service Specialist to support Hugo robotic-assisted surgery and the DS1 AI platform within the EMEA region. Excellent communication skills and a strong engineering background are required. You will provide remote technical support to healthcare professionals, SUS, and FSE, drive issue escalation, and collaborate with peers. Occasional domestic and international on-site training is available.
