Experteer Overview As a Staff Software Engineer at Factorial, you will lead technical initiatives and work closely with Product and Design to ship AI-native features in production. You’ll build with Rails and React, design scalable systems, and drive adoption of new abstractions across teams. You’ll shape the architecture for AI-enabled product experiences, ensuring reliability, compliance, and real customer impact. - Set technical direction for meaningful roadmap areas and own architecture decisions
