Experteer Overview
As Category Manager, you own end-to-end category execution for partners beyond Amazon within Cimpress Open, driving launch pipelines, forecasts and performance. You partner with Operations to gather SKU details and validate launch feasibility, and lead adoption of the NPI workflow. You build category forecasts, manage PLM when needed, and align cross-functionally to ensure on-time launches. You report to the Senior Category Manager and influence broader strategy as scope grows. This role offers remote-first culture and impact across expanding marketplace partnerships.

• Own end-to-end category management for partner portfolios beyond Amazon, including launch pipeline and performance tracking
• Coordinate NPI operations discovery with Operations for SKU-level details, specs, feasibility, and fulfillment
• Drive adoption of the NPI workflow (pilot to steady-state)
• Develop and maintain category forecasts (volume, revenue, margin) with weekly granularity and variance tracking
• Support product lifecycle management (PLM) execution and independent management when needed
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Channel, Operations, Product Owners,



Production and Fulfillment
• Define and monitor category KPIs, flagging risks early and informing retrospectives
• Present performance, forecasts, and risks to the Senior Category Manager and broader leadership as scope expands

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years in category management, ecommerce, or related commercial roles
• Experience owning a product portfolio and/or launch pipeline
• Self-starter in a fast-moving, evolving environment
• Data-driven with proactive risk management
• Proficient with AI tools to accelerate category work and perform forecasting/variance analysis
• Nice-to-have: familiarity with Amazon Brand Analytics / Search Query Performance / Assortment Opportunity Explorer
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (Operations, Fulfillment, Finance, Merchandising, Creatives, Advertising, Pricing, Product, Analytics)
• Fluent English; German/French/Italian/Spanish a plus
