Responsabilidades
• Degree in Engineering or related technical field
• Experience leading NPD or engineering projects in a manufacturing environment

• Experience driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and problem-solving initiatives
• Ability to prioritize, make decisions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Fluent English communication; additional languages a plus
