Experteer Overview
In this role you will bridge aircraft design, simulation systems, and software development to integrate and maintain simulation models within the A400M Training Simulation Environment. You will own model integration activities, ensure compliance and quality, and contribute to C++ software development. You’ll work with MATLAB/Simulink or SCADE models and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable training simulations. This is a hands-on role at scale, shaping how flight training and simulation software meet demanding aerospace requirements.

• Take technical ownership of the integration lifecycle for simulation models from aircraft design offices
• Analyse MATLAB/Simulink or SCADE models to generate, compile and integrate executable code into the simulator software baseline
• Define and maintain interfaces, data exchanges and integration dependencies with other simulation components
• Analyse, clarify and manage system and software requirements with traceability
• Develop, maintain and debug simulation software components, primarily in C++




• Contribute to software architecture, interfaces and integration strategies
• Ensure releases meet requirements and quality standards
• Maintain configuration control of models, source code, executables, interfaces and documentation

Responsabilidades
• Engineering degree in a technical discipline
• 8+ years of professional software development and integration experience
• Strong practical knowledge of C++ and software development fundamentals
• Experience integrating simulation models or software components into complex systems
• Familiarity with MATLAB/Simulink models and MBW workflows
• Solid understanding of requirements management, software testing, debugging, configuration management and change control
• Good communication and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary, international teams
