Responsabilidades
• Strong business analysis experience with data/CRM/Salesforce exposure
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, document, and refine requirements
• Experience producing user stories, specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and in international settings
• Proficiency in English; on-site work in Bangalore
• Practical experience using AI/GenAI tools to improve productivity and delivery
• Understanding of how AI adds value to business analysis and design
• Ability to challenge stakeholders constructively
