Experteer Overview
In this role you lead the design and rollout of a European Talent Acquisition Hub to standardize and scale recruitment across Klépierre’s markets. You partner with HR and business leaders to shape processes, governance, and KPIs, driving innovation and capability building. You will coach the TA Specialist, foster cross-country collaboration, and champion a data‑driven, scalable recruitment model that enhances candidate experience and business impact. • Lead the design, implementation and ongoing development of the Talent Acquisition Hub
• Launch the hub pilot: define success factors, governance, processes, roles, KPIs, and timeline
• Develop and supervise the Talent Acquisition Specialist and upskill across sourcing, assessment, tools, and process excellence
• Promote scalability through internal mobility, employer branding, campus initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding improvements
• Build trusted relationships with HR and business leaders to expand the hub’s impact over time
• Act as TA expert for HR teams and hiring managers, providing guidance, frameworks, and best practices
• Define and monitor TA KPIs, dashboards, and use data to improve quality of hire and time-to-hire




• Identify automation and efficiency opportunities, leveraging technology and AI where relevant
• Support change management for new processes and tools across local HR teams
• Oversee recruitment delivery across Europe, advising on strategies and talent pools
• Ensure excellent candidate experience across all processes

Responsabilidades
• 7-10 years of professional experience with significant recruitment or talent assessment responsibilities
• Strong recruitment expertise with ability to align candidates with Klépierre’s business needs
• Proven track record in designing processes and driving continuous improvement
• Experience setting up a shared services activity is valuable
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across countries
• Experience in international and matrix environments with comfort navigating ambiguity
• Analytical mindset and interest in TA innovation with business value focus
• Previous experience in retail, asset management, or real estate is a plus
• Master's degree in a related field (HR, Business Administration)
• Languages: fluent French and English; Spanish required for local interactions; language training offered if needed
