The opportunity

We're growing our European Hub in Barcelona and looking for a German-speaking Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our international team! This is an opportunity to take ownership of recruitment across multiple European markets, including Germany, Benelux, Spain and France , and play a key role in the growth of our Sales teams.

You'll work closely with international hiring managers, own your recruitment processes end to end and have the opportunity to make a real impact in a fast-growing business. Looking to take the next step in your Talent Acquisition career and gain international exposure? We'd love to meet you!

What will you be doing?

You'll play a key role in growing our European Sales teams, working closely with hiring managers across Germany, Benelux, Spain and France.

- Own the full recruitment cycle: Take ownership of your vacancies, from understanding hiring needs and defining candidate profiles to sourcing, interviewing, managing offers and onboarding.
- Attract top talent: Use LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards,



networking and proactive headhunting techniques to identify and engage the best candidates, including passive talent.
- Build strong relationships: Partner with hiring managers across our European offices, act as a trusted recruitment partner and create a positive, engaging experience for candidates throughout the process.
- Drive results: Take ownership of your recruitment KPIs and hiring targets, monitor your performance and continuously look for ways to improve.
- Make an impact: Share market insights, bring new ideas and contribute to developing our recruitment strategies as our European business continues to grow.

What are we looking for? We're looking for someone proactive, ambitious and people-oriented, who enjoys working in a fast-paced, international environment.

- Experience: Ideally 1–2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, either in an agency or internal Talent Acquisition environment. Experience recruiting Sales or commercial profiles is a strong advantage.
- Recruitment Skills: Confident using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards and other sourcing tools to identify, engage and attract talent. Comfortable managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders while taking ownership of the recruitment process from start to finish.
- Personality & Mindset: Strong communication and relationship-building skills,



a proactive approach to headhunting, and a commercially minded, results-driven attitude. Organised, resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Languages: German at bilingual level and fluent English (C1+) are essential. French is a strong plus.

- Salary: €25,000–€30,000 gross annual salary, depending on experience, plus quarterly performance bonuses and incentives.
