In this role you will design, build, and operate scalable backend services that process real financial transactions for 750,000+ SMEs. You join a mission-driven team, owning end-to-end reliability and architecture in a setup that blends product and platform work. You will mentor peers, drive improvements, and help raise quality through production monitoring and post-mortems. Responsabilidades
• Strong backend engineering experience with large-scale web application architecture and real production constraints
• Ability to transfer to similar technologies and learn the stack quickly
• Quality-driven mindset with testing, monitoring, incident handling, and root cause analysis
• Ownership mindset: track impact post-release, flag regressions, and improve scope
• Team player with experience in squad-based work with PMs, Designers, and other stacks, fluent in English
