Experteer Overview
In this role you will help build AI-native features within Factorial’s business management platform, delivering real impact for thousands of users. You’ll work across the stack and own features from problem understanding to production validation. You’ll collaborate with a seasoned team to advance AI-integrated workflows and agentic capabilities. This is fast-paced work focused on meaningful outcomes, not maintenance. You’ll join a mission to put AI at the core of how work is done.

Responsabilidades
• 1–4 years of software engineering experience and full-stack comfort
• Curiosity about AI with some hands-on exploration
• Focus on outcomes and willingness to fix if needed
• Proficiency with Ruby on Rails and React or eagerness to become proficient
• Clear communication and collaborative mindset
