Experteer Overview In this role you lead complex industrial water treatment projects within Ecolab’s Global High Tech team, guiding from definition to commissioning. You will drive scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction, partnering with vendors and safety coordinators to deliver safe, compliant installations. You’ll coordinate internal and external resources, report progress to management, and ensure successful handover to the MO Team. This is a high-impact position in a global, multidisciplinary setting that values pragmatic problem-solving and continuous improvement.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Establish and maintain project scope processes, set quality standards, and assess risks throughout the lifecycle
- Develop and manage partnerships with vendors, consultants, erection and safety coordinators
- Assign and monitor resources to maximize deliverables and efficiency
- Report outcomes and risks to management and escalate as required according to the work plan
- Track project performance against KPIs (time, quality, cost) and ensure adherence to plans




- Ensure proper handover of information to the MO TeamResponsabilidades
- More than 5 years of experience in managing erection, construction, commissioning and start-up projects
- Proven experience with civil works in projects
- Proven experience reviewing and validating engineering documents for water treatment plants (Pu0026ID, PFD, mass balance, piping drawings, isometrics, wiring diagram, logic diagram, control narrative)
- Experience coordinating work groups and resources
- Fluent English and French (written and spoken)
- Awareness of Safety u0026 Environmental legislation in Europe and CE certification requirements
- Knowledge of ISO Quality Assurance requirements
- Familiar with project management tools (MS Project or equivalent)
- Synthesis and pragmatic approach
- Agile mindset for multidisciplinary topics
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and budget guidelines
- Experience working with all management levels
