Experteer Overview
As Regulatory Counsel, you will guide Revolut’s cryptoassets and financial features through complex regulatory landscapes, enabling rapid, compliant product development. You’ll partner with Product and Commercial teams to design solutions that meet evolving rules, while engaging with regulators to shape approvals. You’ll draft customer-facing terms and steer regulatory submissions to support growth. This role sits at the nexus of law, policy, and product, offering a meaningful impact on our global fintech platform.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Advise on compliance and legal issues for structuring cryptoassets and financial features
• Draft customer-facing legal documents for crypto products
• Manage regulatory expectations, requirements, and applications
• Collaborate with Product and Commercial teams to design and deliver compliant solutions




• Ensure compliance with financial services regulations (UK crypto regimes, MiCA, PSD2, MiFID)
• Expand product offering in line with regulatory requirements
• Engage proactively with local regulators

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years PQE
• Qualified lawyer (Solicitor of England u0026 Wales, Irish Solicitor, or equivalent in EU)
• Experience advising on cryptoassets (in-house or law firm)
• Knowledge of FSMA (RAO) and MiFID
• Understanding of financial regulations and supervisory frameworks
• Ability to decide amidst ambiguity
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities
