Experteer Overview
In this role, you manage global product costing for a broad range of own-produced materials in Human Nutrition and Care, shaping cost transparency and informed decisions. You partner closely with commercial and production teams to explain cost movements and support pricing and planning. You own the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool and drive continuous improvement of costing processes. You collaborate across sites and SAP and non-SAP environments to ensure accurate monthly closes and forecasts.

• Oversee global costing for a significant portion of own-produced materials in Human Nutrition and Care, linking commercial and production teams
• Partner with Commercial Teams to explain unit cost evolutions for pricing decisions
• Own the Global Product Cost Consolidation Tool (custom SAP solution)
• Continuous improvement of global costing procedures and tools with a customer-focused, lean mindset
• Be the focal point for costing processes of monthly close and planning cycles
• Prepare quarterly forecasts for integral unit cost considering procurement, manufacturing, and category management
• Lead the budget process for global unit cost with production site controllers and FPu0026A




• Provide ad hoc support for projects, business cases, and Mu0026A integrations
• Support finance transitions, system rollouts, and integration of acquired businesses

Responsabilidades
• Degree in Finance and/or ACCA, CPA or other financial certification
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience; experience in manufacturing sites or product costing is advantageous
• Process-oriented mindset with drive for continuous improvement
• Ability to work precisely with large datasets and interlinked IT systems
• Ability to operate effectively in virtual, regional/global teams
• Ability to meet strict deadlines and schedules
• Strong interpersonal communication and ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Result-driven, proactive with a can-do attitude
• High level of conceptual and analytical skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office proficiency
• English proficiency required
