In this role you act as a trusted advisor to the CPBO and executive leadership, shaping how Product and Business align to form a high-performing organization. You drive organizational design, workforce planning, and key people processes to support rapid growth in a fintech environment. You navigate complex stakeholder landscapes, coaching leaders and turning strategic goals into tangible outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to unlock team potential and sustain business evolution. This is a hands-on, impact-focused partner role with a strong emphasis on data-driven decisions and collaboration.

• Build trust-based partnerships with the CPBO and executives to advise on high-stakes people issues
• Enable seamless fusion of Product and Business through organizational design and cross-functional alignment
• Lead strategic workforce planning with Finance for Product and Business, managing headcount and budget implications
• Oversee end-to-end people cycles (talent management, succession planning, compensation reviews, onboarding)
• Spot friction points, align priorities, and apply conflict-resolution approaches to sustain momentum
• Provide coaching and feedback to leaders across levels to elevate capability
• Utilize people analytics to forecast risks, inform decisions,



and present data-informed recommendations

Responsabilidades
• Extensive People Business Partner experience in fast-paced, high-growth, or tech environments (especially product, commercial, or tech teams)
• Proven track record advising senior executives (VP/C-Level) as a credible peer
• Experience leading reorganizations, mergers, or major structural changes
• Experience collaborating with cross-border, distributed teams across Europe with knowledge of labor laws and Works Councils
• Excellent communication and emotional intelligence with ability to influence and challenge constructively
• Solutions-oriented mindset capable of simplifying complexity to deliver high-impact outcomes
• Ability to coach both emerging managers and seasoned executives on leadership and engagement
• Proficiency with people analytics and qualitative insights to build business cases and measure initiatives
• Proactive self-starter who drives initiatives autonomously and seeks continuous improvement
