As Platform Lead in the GITOPS team, you will steer transformation of our corporate infrastructure, driving reliability, scalability and automation. You will mentor a high‑performing team, partner with SDOPS, Platform and other GITOPS groups, and shape the technical roadmap for scalable business services. This role blends leadership with hands‑on engineering to elevate infrastructure excellence. You’ll work in a hybrid setup in Barcelona, contributing to a culture that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement.

• Design, implement and evolve infrastructure platforms and core business services.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years in a leadership role within IT Operations or Service Management
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
• Excellent communication skills to articulate strategies to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with budget management and driving improvement in fast-paced digital environments
• Data‑druent: strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data
• Drive and accountability to achieve operational and strategic objectives
• Fluent English
