Are you passionate about international mobility and looking for an opportunity to combine technical expertise, strategic thinking and business impact?We are partnering with an international group to recruit a Global Mobility Specialist who will play a key role in both the operational delivery and strategic evolution of its global mobility programmes.Beyond ensuring a seamless and compliant mobility experience, you will contribute to shaping mobility practices that support business priorities, talent development and organisational transformation.Your key responsibilities:Oversee international assignments, permanent transfers, localisations and cross-border employment arrangements.Act as a trusted advisor to HR teams and business stakeholders on international mobility matters.Manage strategic partnerships with external mobility providers, ensuring service quality, efficiency and continuous improvement.Provide expertise on mobility policies, assignment packages, tax, immigration, social security and payroll considerations.Collaborate with HR, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll,



Finance and Legal teams to align mobility practices with business needs.Contribute to the evolution of global mobility policies, processes and governance frameworks.Leverage mobility data and performance indicators to identify opportunities for optimisation and enhance the employee experience.What we’re looking for:Experience in Global Mobility, International HR or a related specialist function.Solid understanding of international mobility processes and compliance requirements.Ability to combine operational excellence with a broader, business-oriented perspective.Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.Experience working with external mobility providers would be an advantage.Fluency in English is essential; French is a plus.This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to go beyond day-to-day mobility management and contribute to the development of a more agile, efficient and business-aligned integral mobility framework.The position can be based in Paris, Reading (UK), Budapest, Barcelona, Diegem ( Belgium) and other places in Europe.#J-18808-Ljbffr
