Roche in Poznan is seeking an experienced RDT Resource & Finance Planning Manager for ASPIRE. You will manage day-to-day resource planning, approve POs and invoices, and partner with the ASPIRE finance network to ensure reliable budgeting and reporting.
The ERP team supports SAP/FI–CO, Airtable, Fieldglass, and Google Workspace, delivering a unified digital backbone across 100+ countries. You will collaborate with cPMO and ERP leaders to maintain governance, planning, and benefits tracking.
