Mandarin Oriental Punta Negra, Mallorca is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to lead the reception team and ensure a seamless guest experience. Based at the Mallorca property, you will supervise check-in/check-out, coordinate with other departments, and uphold the brand's standards.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in a luxury hotel, fluent English and Spanish, strong IT skills, and the ability to work versátil shifts.
