- 2+ years of experience developing full-stack applications with readable, testable, maintainable, scalable code
- Demonstrated collaboration with developers and non-technical stakeholders within software teams
- Hands-on experience across frontend (TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Next.Js, Tailwind) and backend (Python, Node.Js, Java/Spring, C#/.NET) plus databases (SQL, NoSQL, vector, ETL)
- Experience with LLM frameworks, prompt orchestration, agent frameworks, MCPs, evaluation frameworks, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), including Docker and CI/CD
- Strong focus on automated testing, logging, monitoring, and system reliability
- Experience in Agile teams, active sprint participation, and pair programming
- Excellent time management in autonomous work environments
