Experteer Overview
In this role, you will own supply performance across the PLECA region, turning data into priorities that improve delivery time, rider efficiency, and cost per order. You will lead a high-performing team and partner with country leaders to standardise operating models for growth. Expect to shape scalable processes, collaborate with global teams, and drive cross-functional execution in a fast-paced, competitive market. This is a hands-on leadership role with a clear impact on customer experience and unit economics.

• Translate insights into action plans to improve delivery time, rider efficiency, and cost performance
• Hire, manage and develop a high-performing Operations team with clear ownership and growth paths
• Own end-to-end operational performance metrics, ensuring courier supply balance, delivery experience, and partner operations
• Standardise scalable operating models across cities for seasonality, growth, and operational shifts
• Collaborate with General Managers and Heads of Operations as a strategic partner on market priorities
• Work with general operations and cross-functional teams to deploy new tools, processes,



and product launches
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders including courier communities and third-party fleets

Responsabilidades
• 3-5 years experience in fast-paced environments (operations, consulting, logistics, marketplace ops)
• Experience owning projects and leading teams in technical assignments
• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Engineering, Economics, Business or related field (MBA a plus)
• Strong analytical capability, data-driven decision-making; proficient with dashboards, pivot tables; SQL or advanced Excel a plus
• Experience in KPI creation and tracking; ability to align multiple stakeholders with company goals
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English (B2+)
• Hands-on mentality with ability to deep dive when needed
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and tight timelines in a high-growth environment
• Proactive, bias toward action and continuous improvement mindset
