Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Service Specialist for the Hugo robotic-assisted surgery system and the DS1 analytics platform. You will support Health Care Professionals, Start-up specialists, and Field Service Engineers with clear, patient-focused technical guidance from a remote location.

In this full-time role, you will diagnose complex issues, drive escalation, and collaborate with general teams to ensure fast, safe resolutions across Europe.
