Medtronic is seeking a Remote Technical Services Specialist for the Surgical Robotics portfolio in the EMEA region. The role involves supporting the Hugo robotic-assisted system and DS1 analytics platform, communicating complex technical issues clearly to HCPs, SUS, and FSEs, and driving issue escalation when needed.

The position combines medical technology expertise with strong problem solving, in a integral team, with on-call and potential domestic/international travel.
