Experteer Overview
In this role, you will enable client card programs to go live smoothly by handling production-grade changes and configurations. You’ll document current workflows, design new operational processes, and drive small onboarding and internal projects with cross-functional partners. You’ll ensure operational readiness through strict administration and clear handovers to support teams. You’ll collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Support to remove blockers and deliver reliable client implementations. This is a hands-on, impact-oriented role at a fast-growing fintech leader.

• Document existing workflows and create new processes to standardize operations
• Lead small projects supporting client onboarding milestones and internal initiatives




• Maintain core administrative workflows and prepare documentation for smooth handovers
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Risk, and Support to resolve configuration blockers

Responsabilidades
• 1–3 years of experience in operations, technical administration, or project delivery
• Background in Card Issuing is strongly preferred; Acquiring or broader Payments/Fintech experience valued
• Comfort working directly within technical systems and administrative portals
• Strong documentation skills and ability to build repeatable workflows from scratch
• Detail-oriented and organized with ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive problem solver with ownership mindset
• Clear spoken and written English communication for cross-functional collaboration
