We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant for a fully remote freelance assignment in an existing Salesforce environment.

The project focuses on implementing standard Salesforce Service functionality , initially around case management and the in-house service process. A later phase in 2027 is expected to include

Salesforce Field Service for customer sites.

Expected workload is flexible, approx. 5–15 hours per week .

Required experience:

- Cases, Web-to-Case and Email-to-Case
- Work Orders, spare parts, Service Contracts and Entitlements
- Assets, Products, Price Books and Knowledge
- Flows, emails/templates, reports and dashboards
- Data migration from systems such as Zendesk and AX

Nice to have:

- Visualforce, Apex and LWC
- Salesforce Field Service and Experience Cloud

We are looking for a pragmatic, hands-on consultant who can work independently and help move the implementation forward using standard Salesforce functionality where possible.
