In this role you will lead Bip’s Life Sciences practice in Iberia, driving strategic engagements with pharma, biotech and medtech clients. You’ll oversee end-to-end projects, act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, and shape growth through business development and partnerships. You will build high‑performing teams and collaborate with global colleagues to strengthen Bip’s market position. The opportunity combines strategic influence, operating-model transformations, and cross‑border impact.

Responsabilidades
• 12+ years of experience in top‑tier consulting or equivalent strategic Life Sciences roles
• Proven track record in leading complex projects, team management, and client relationship development
• Strong expertise across pharma, biotech, medtech or related fields
• Proven success in business development and revenue growth
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• University degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Fluent in English and Spanish; additional languages a plus
• Entrepreneurial mindset, proactivity, and ambition to scale a practice
