Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop Polish-language capabilities within a fast-moving AI program. You’ll write code and prompts, generate and audit language data, run locale evaluations, analyze behavior, and review peers’ contributions. You’ll work on automating NL tasks and building reusable tooling for efficiency. This is a hands-on, execution-focused position where craft and precision matter. You’ll contribute to high-quality Polish NLP, speech, and language features within a global team, with a meaningful impact on localized AI experiences.

Responsabilidades
• Native Polish with deep cultural knowledge
• Fluent professional English
• Solid software engineering with Python scripting and data manipulation
• Proficiency with Git and the command line
• Ability to read, write, and debug code; use AI tools selectively
• Foundation in NLP / ML concepts (classification, IR, data quality, evaluation metrics)
• Ability to work autonomously within defined task boundaries
