Experteer Overview In this role you steer the product journey, guiding strategy, science, and market insight to deliver compelling offerings. You lead a cross‑functional team to align product goals with Roche’s mission of improving global health. You’ll translate deep product knowledge into market-leading positioning and drive marketing, launch planning, and commercial strategy. Your work shapes the product’s readiness, messaging, and value in competitive diagnostics and therapies. - Develop and communicate a clear product vision aligned with company strategy
- Define and execute a Marketing Plan with objectives, strategies, initiatives and tactics
- Plan launches and business planning for related products/solutions
- Maintain market awareness, promote and communicate within CA and E-L scopes; coordinate global campaigns and manage budget
- Achieve exhaustive product mastery (features, clinical indications, competitive advantages) and adapt strategies accordingly
- Oversee end-to-end product readiness (stock,



substitutions, catalog management, tender documentation, pricing)
- Support Clinician Selling network with updates, materials, arguments, and interactions with KOLs when needed
- Capture and feed back customer and market insights to global teamsResponsabilidades
- In-depth knowledge of the engineering/science behind the portfolio
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in related field
- Strong marketing capabilities with autonomy to design product-centered strategies
- Excellent communication and educational skills for training sales and engaging with KOLs
- Strong analytical and strategic planning abilities
- Fluent in Spanish; strong written and spoken English
- Proven track record in marketing/commercial strategies and tangible results
- Ability to manage workload in fast-paced environments and build cross-functional relationships
