Experteer Overview
In this role you will contribute to the design and realization of console conveyor systems for intralogistics projects in the EMEA region. You will work with a cross-functional team to translate sales layouts into approval layouts, assess safety, and define detailed concepts aligned with project requirements. You will drive technical definitions, interface with steel, building trades, and CE compliance, and support installation and supplier collaboration. The role offers international exposure and opportunities to shape complex material handling solutions.

• Create approval layouts based on customer design freezes
• Conduct safety assessments and define mitigation measures for project scope
• Develop detailed concepts and integrate into the approval layout
• Perform material flow reviews and interface clarifications with other trades
• Define service access, escape routes, and specialist designs
• Prepare preliminary workstation mockups and ergonomic assessments
• Record site measurements for brownfield projects and support customer meetings
• Create detailed layouts, conveyor specifications, BOMs, and purchase requisitions in SAP




• Generate installation drawings and handover information to installation team
• Coordinate with CE Compliance for system risk assessment and safety inspection
• Support supplier FATs and on-site installation activities
• Plan maintenance platforms, stepovers, and safety devices in detail
• Create data lists for hardware controls and manage data for production orders

Responsabilidades
• Graduate engineer with a Bachelor's or Master's in Mechanical Engineering
• 3-5 years of professional experience (graduates welcomed)
• Experience in project engineering and mechanical design (materials handling or similar)
• Strong English communication and teamwork skills
• Structured, problem-solving, and self-managed work style
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; NX and Teamcenter knowledge preferred
• Navisworks knowledge; SAP knowledge preferred
• Willingness to travel (up to 5%)
