Experteer Overview
In this role you will shape and execute the medical affairs strategy for the cluster’s products and pipeline, aligning with global direction. You will lead scientific and medical communications, education, congress planning, and HCP engagement for oncology/immunotherapy programs. You will support Early Access Programs and externally sponsored research, coordinating with clinical development and regional teams. You will manage Country Medical Leads and Field Medical Advisors to ensure cohesive medical activities and cross-functional impact.

• Oversee medical communications/education, congress planning, and HCP engagement
• Support Early Access Programmes (EAPs) and ESR coordination with European Medical Affairs
• Lead and manage Country Medical Lead and Field Medical Advisor teams
• Coordinate medical activities with clinical development/operations in the cluster
• Act as educational resource for internal stakeholders and provide scientific training




• Develop and execute the Cluster Medical Communications plan with Commercial and regional/global medical plans
• Establish scientific communication and collaboration with HCPs and academia
• Lead medical insights gathering and drive innovative solutions for Europe
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure patient care and alignment with strategy
• Chair Advisory Boards and leverage established HCP networks in Oncology

Responsabilidades
• MD, PharmD, or PhD (or equivalent)
• Experience at regional level or in multiple countries
• Extensive medical affairs experience in biotech/pharma
• Oncology and immunotherapy therapeutic area experience
• Leadership and management of MSL teams
• Knowledge of clinical research design and GCP in oncology/IO
• Vendor and external team management in matrix environments
• Proven cross-functional strategic planning experience
• Medical support experience for marketed biotech/pharma products
• Experience establishing and chairing Advisory Boards with Oncology HCP networks
