Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage material planning and control for the A400M MRO Network at MAESE, ensuring timely availability of tools and consumables for in-service events. You will coordinate daily planning, monitor material status, and secure backups to support event readiness. You will work onsite at MAESE, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain compliance and optimize processes. This is a hands-on role with a focus on impact, reliability, and continuous improvement within a military environment.

• Anticipate tooling and material needs before each event
• Launch material requests for all In Service events at MAESE
• Follow up and ensure material availability and visibility for events
• Resolve custom clearance issues impacting events
• Maintain daily planning with event-specific information
• Establish and manage internal means (tooling calibration, shipments, etc.)




• Prepare and manage minimum stock levels and KPI reporting
• Master planning and monitoring of event preparation for material availability
• Ensure backup support from external sources during holidays/workload peaks
• Manage means and tooling inventory per event and support material/means for events (C checks, retrofits)
• Clarify Requested Delivery Date (RDD) and Expected Delivery Date (EDD) per event

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering
• Advanced level of English
• Experience in Aircraft Maintenance
• Strong experience in MDS tool
• Knowledge of Lean and Process improvement methods
• Leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
• Experience in military environment and with direct customer contact
