- Salary: €45,000–€60,000 + equity

WHAT'S THE PROJECT?

The project is that you bring your talent and your ambition to a fast-growing European market leader in AI phone agents for SMBs. Scaling rapidly to 17 MIL ARR, the company already supports over 16,000 customers and is actively expanding its product suite internationally. You will join an agile, ownership-driven environment that values direct communication, high execution speed, and zero bureaucracy.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

You will be the primary on-camera face of the brand, making AI accessible and exciting while driving both community growth and direct conversions.

- Produce engaging, short-form video content regularly for TikTok and Instagram focused on AI, automation, and core products
- Develop creative video concepts and formats tailored to small business owners such as hairdressers, plumbers, and dentists




- Partner closely with the Creative Strategist to build high-performing organic and performance content
- Balance entertaining storytelling with direct conversion drivers to scale brand presence and inbound adoption
- Iterate rapidly on content based on performance metrics and community feedback
