Experteer Overview As an Ru0026amp; D Test Engineer you willplan, prepare, and execute engine test campaigns, ensuring accurate data collection and safe operation of advanced engine platforms. You will collaborate with plant personnel, instrumentation and automation teams, and external experts to guarantee readiness and incident-free tests. You’ll troubleshoot issues, implement solutions, and contribute to continuous improvement in testing methodologies. - Plan, prepare and execute engine tests under various load/running conditions following guidelines and test protocols
- Report and document test results; prepare technical reports for internal stakeholders
- Monitor, analyze and interpret test data; identify anomalies and propose corrective actions
- Coordinate with plant teams, Iu0026M and RDE experts to secure resources and ensure readiness
- Manage technical issues and support operational decisions




- Lead and supervise the mechanic-operator team; train on engine setup and test methodologies
- Ensure safety by enforcing protocols and mitigating risks
- Participate in regular progress meetings with the Manager Engine Testing and align on priorities
- Contribute to innovation and process improvement in engine testing methodologiesResponsabilidades
- Degree in electronic/automation, mechanical, energy, or industrial engineering with experience in internal combustion engines
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate activities in an industrial environment
- Skill to interpret and validate electrical, hydraulic, and automation diagrams
- Sound technical decision-making under pressure to keep projects on schedule
- Proficiency in data acquisition and analysis tools
