Role OverviewAt Rehire, we are partnering with aninternational technology company specializing in cloud, data, and digital transformationin the search for aSenior QA Automation Engineerto join a cross-platform software development project.We are looking for an experienced QA Automation professional with strong expertise inFlutter, Dart, automated testing frameworks, and CI/CD integration, capable of designing, building, and scaling reliable testing solutions across mobile and web applications.The idóneo candidate combines solid software engineering practices with hands-on automation experience, technical ownership, and the ability to improve existing testing frameworks while ensuring high-quality software releases.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, maintain, and scale automated testing frameworks forFlutter applications across iOS, Android, and Web .Build automated testing solutions usingDart, flutter_test, integration_test, Patrol, Appium, or similar technologies.Lead the technical transition of existing QA automation activities, documentation, and testing assets.Audit and refactor legacy automation scripts, eliminating flaky, redundant, or unreliable tests.Develop maintainable automated end-to-end, smoke, and regression testing suites.Integrate automated test execution intoCI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions, Cloud Build, or similar platforms.Implement continuous testing processes to identify defects early in the development lifecycle.Collaborate with developers to improve testability, validate user stories, and establish effective shift-left testing practices.Configure and manage testing environments, emulators, simulators, and cloud device testing platforms.Execute automated tests across multiple devices, operating systems,



and browser environments.Develop and maintain automated API tests to validate backend integrations and end-to-end workflows.Monitor testing metrics, including execution times, test coverage, pass rates, and test flakiness.Participate in code reviews and contribute to automation standards, clean code practices, and continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with international engineering teams and stakeholders to ensure testing quality and release readiness.Requirements5+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Engineering or Quality Assurance .At least 3 years of hands-on experience in automated UI and API testingfor mobile and web applications.Strong experience developing test automation frameworks forFlutter applications .Hands-on programming experience withDart .Experience with Flutter testing libraries such asflutter_test, integration_test, Flutter Driver, or similar frameworks .Strong knowledge of automated end-to-end, functional, smoke, and regression testing.Experience implementing and maintaining automated tests acrossiOS, Android, and Web .Experience configuring automated testing withinCI/CD pipelines .Familiarity withGitHub Actions, Google Cloud Build,
