In this role you will act as the primary partner advocate for Glovo’s top restaurant partners across your cities, driving growth and ensuring successful collaboration. You’ll define long-term strategy for growth, promotions, advertising, and operations with the Regions team, while nurturing strong partner relationships. You will monitor portfolio KPIs, implement marketing activations, and optimize menu performance to boost revenue and customer satisfaction. This position offers the chance to shape how partners grow with Glovo, scale city-level initiatives, and contribute to the company’s regional success. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Build and maintain proactive relationships with top partners through regular meetings and business reviews
• Monitor and report portfolio KPIs; act to achieve company OKRs
• Design and execute growth plans via promotions, marketing activations, and menu optimization
• Improve Glovo visibility and partner revenue through marketing actions and asset selling




• Negotiate commissions and optimize revenue streams; drive churn reduction and partner retention
• Enhance partner operational efficiency to deliver excellent customer service

Responsabilidades
• 1+ year experience in fast-paced environments
• Bachelor in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering or Public Relations is a plus
• Computer literate; proficient with Google Docs, MS Office, Excel
• Native Spanish, Catalan and English skills
• Strong commercial skills and a customer-obsessed mindset
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management and structured problem-solving abilities
• Data-driven mindset with business judgment
