Experteer Overview
In this role you shape the target architecture for IT/OT Security Platforms and translate complex requirements into scalable solutions. You collaborate with factories, security experts, and product teams to drive secure, Zero Trust–aligned connectivity and platform evolution. You will enable data-driven and AI-ready use cases while guiding integration of security across brownfield environments. This position offers impact through architecture governance and cross-functional teamwork within Siemens’ digitalization agenda.

• Design and evolve target architecture for IT/OT Security Platforms (SINEC Secure Connect)
• Develop secure IT/OT communication concepts based on Zero Trust
• Support factory integration of modern security and management solutions into legacy environments
• Translate business and security needs into scalable architectures, governance, and roadmaps
• Collaborate with factories, cybersecurity teams, vendors, and partners to set architecture standards
• Define integration concepts between connectivity services, monitoring, automation,



and enterprise systems

Responsabilidades
• Strong expertise in Zero Trust and OT Security Architecture
• Experience with OT Infrastructure and Brownfield Integration (3+ years)
• Platform and Enterprise Architecture experience (3+ years)
• Automation, API-based integration, and analytics capabilities
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders
• Structured and strategic working approach in international, cross-functional environments
• Fluent English; German is a plus
