Experteer Overview
In this role you will manage European liquidity and treasury operations, acting as the main treasury partner for local finance teams and Corporate Treasury. You’ll oversee cash, funding, banking relationships, and governance across Europe, while supporting treasury projects and automation to improve efficiency. You’ll work closely with the Global Treasury team to ensure compliant, data-driven liquidity decisions that enable capital growth and smooth cross-border operations. This is a hands-on role with tangible impact on regional cash optimization and risk management.

• Support European liquidity management and cash optimization initiatives
• Maintain the 13-week cash flow forecast and coordinate funding for capital projects
• Monitor weekly liquidity and provide analysis for cash management decisions
• Support cash pooling and liquidity optimization across European entities
• Manage day-to-day ING cash pool operations and act as primary banking contact
• Coordinate closure of HSBC cash pool accounts and legacy banking structures
• Assist local teams with financing solutions for capex via preferred partners




• Support treasury-related funding requests and cross-country treasury activities
• Participate in treasury projects and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain treasury policies, controls, and governance across Europe

Responsabilidades
• 3–6 years of experience in Treasury or related financial roles
• Experience in international environment across multiple countries and stakeholders
• Knowledge of treasury operations, cash management and liquidity management
• Exposure to guarantees, banking facilities, and treasury-related controls
• Experience with treasury management systems, banking platforms, ERP systems or financial reporting tools
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; familiarity with Oracle ERP, Hyperion or similar systems desirable
• Experience with Power BI and data analytics is advantageous
• Analytical and detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive team player in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent in English; additional European languages beneficial
