Experteer Overview
In this role you will prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions, supporting sales from lead to tender submission. You will collaborate with sales, product managers and manufacturing sites to ensure accurate selection and competitive pricing, impacting growth and customer satisfaction. The position blends technical depth with commercial awareness in an international setting. You will help standardize quotation processes and adopt new tools to drive efficiency and transformation.

• Prepare technical and commercial proposals for configurable equipment and engineering solutions across projects and contracts
• Support the sales process with technical and commercial input from lead through negotiation
• Analyze customer requirements, perform sizing calculations, and recommend optimal technical solutions
• Develop quotations and commercial offers using dedicated configuration tools
• Maintain opportunities, customer accounts, and project data in Salesforce and related systems
• Coordinate with customers, sales, product managers and manufacturing sites to ensure competitive proposals
• Complete technical documentation and customer data sheets for tender submissions
• Support pricing activities, including special pricing and non-standard proposals
• Coordinate and monitor quotation activities for large and strategic projects




• Identify opportunities to improve quotation tools, processes and efficiency
• Collaborate with Product Managers to maintain technical and commercial documentation
• Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders
• Support business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives, including new tools and processes
• Build relationships with engineering companies and other stakeholders in the bidding process
• Ensure compliance with Health u0026 Safety, Environmental, Compliance, Equality and Data Protection

Responsabilidades
• Technical Engineering degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical/Electronics, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related discipline, or equivalent experience
• 2-5 years in tendering, application engineering, or technical sales support in the water sector
• Knowledge of industrial processes related to Sulzer equipment
• Experience evaluating technical requirements and configuring engineered products
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to work independently with multi-disciplinary, international teams
• English at B2 level or higher
• Spanish and/or Portuguese language skills
